Police said the fire at Pim Pattaya Co in Chon Buri&rsquo;s Bang Lamung district ignited around 7pm. 
Fire-fighters spent two hours bringing the blaze under control, but not before the roof collapsed. 
The injured man, an employee helping battle the fire, was treated at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital.
